• Advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations and reporting.
• Proficient in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Execute complete monthly payroll cycles for employees in Argentina, ensuring precision and timely completion.
• Manage final settlement calculations and termination procedures according to current legislation.
• Oversee and administer 4th-category income tax calculations.
• Handle filing and monitoring of social security contributions using the Digital Payroll Book.
• Coordinate payroll changes including vacations, leaves of absence, overtime, and absences.
• Carry out reconciliations to verify payroll data accuracy; respond to payroll inquiries.
• Maintain steady compliance with labor, social security, and tax requirements.
