Job summary

Glencore is seeking a Payroll Operations Partner in Buenos Aires to lead end-to-end payroll for a regional cluster, ensuring governance, compliance, and timely payroll delivery across countries. The role requires strong experience with payroll statutory rules, Workday integration, and managing outsourced payroll providers.

• Experience with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Knowledge of Workday compensation and beneficios.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll process for countries in scope.
• Load input to outsourced service provider’s portal and monitor data flow.
• Validate payroll output and respond to payroll input queries.
• Post journals to SAP and ensure pay slips integrate with Workday.
• Forecast funding requirements and respond to Finance queries.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports.
• Maintain local SOPs and respond to auditors with data.
