Job summary

Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, seeks a temporary HR Generalist (8 months) for its Buenos Aires, Argentina team. You will partner with HRBP, support employee relations, talent development, and engagement while coordinating with Payroll/DP and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.
• Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering.
• Experience working with Payroll/DP and external vendors in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel to support multi-unit operations within territory.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR point of contact for employees, guiding on policies and lifecycle topics.
• Coach leaders and support performance management and development initiatives.
• Partner with Payroll/DP and Legal to monitor labor relations topics.
• Support Talent Mapping, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Lead engagement initiatives and drive internal communications.
• Ensure HR data is accurately updated and reported for decision-making.
