Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of America is seeking a Data Analyst with GA4 and GTM experience to lead web analytics, pixel deployment, and data-driven reporting for education-focused campaigns. This remote role supports multiple education and nonprofit partners with scalable tracking workflows.

You will own tag management, conversion tracking, and data integrity across platforms, while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance and clear documentation for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in marketing/agency environments.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 configuration, events, and DebugView.
• HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
• Understanding GDPR/CCPA and consent management in tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment in GTM across multi-client environment, build data layers, and manage container structure.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration using browser pixels and CAPI; configure events for leads and inquiries.
• Own QA, debugging, and data integrity across client sites; run tag health audits and verify events in GA4 and platform Managers.
• Own data privacy compliance across client sites; manage cookie banners and consent configurations.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement; maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
