Job summary

Educational Marketing Agency seeks a Data Analyst with GA4 and GTM expertise to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture. You will implement tracking via GTM, troubleshoot across paid channels, and ensure airtight data collection from click to CRM entry.

You will QA tags, debug data discrepancies, and maintain privacy compliance while collaborating with Paid Media and Web Services to ensure accurate campaign measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tracking or web analytics in an agency or marketing setting.
• Hands-on GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layer across multi-client envs.
• Configure events in GA4 and conversions across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
• Audit tags and data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies with platforms and CRM.
• Ensure cookie consent and privacy regulation compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Document tagging plans and provide cross-team enablement.
