Job summary

Fullstack is seeking a Data Analyst with GA4 and GTM experience to join a remote team serving education and nonprofit clients. You will own web analytics, implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, and ensure robust data collection from client sites from first click to CRM entry.

You will collaborate with the Data and Analytics group to troubleshoot tracking across paid channels, validate data quality, and deliver trustworthy reports that drive campaign decisions for universities and nonprofit

Qualifications

• Experience setting up GA4 properties, events and conversions.
• Hands-on work with GTM to deploy and troubleshoot tags across platforms.
• Ability to validate data pipelines from website to CRM.

Your Role: The Web Analyst is a key member of the agency\'s Data and Analytics team, owning the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture that everything downstream depends on. You\'ll implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot setup issues across every paid ad platform the agency runs, and make sure data collection from client websites is airtight, from the first click through to CRM entry. Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you\'re joining at a pivotal moment — the agency is scaling its roster of education and nonprofit partners, and this role is instrumental in evolving the tracking workflow that keeps every campaign measurable and every report trustworthy.
