Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire funnel for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, present results, plan, and defend your decisions.

You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, and you will build and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and more. You must be fluent in English, experienced with GA4/GTM, and able to work US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience communicating results and plans directly with clients.
• Ability to audit accounts and present findings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and walk the client through findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages to ensure performance.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build necessary assets and scripts.
• Build landing pages and reporting tools as needed.
