Sovos is seeking a Forms Content Associate in Argentina to join the Forms Content team. You will provide strong technical and sales support for payroll reporting forms and eFiling software while helping customers solve real-world challenges daily.

Qualifications

• Foundational computer software knowledge and ability to learn quickly on Sovos software and services.
• Strong customer service skills with listening and documenting client needs.
• Fluent in English.

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage own workflow with team support and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting efficiently.
• Test form updates developed by other team members to build knowledge and ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns for solutions.
• Communicate user challenges and software updates across departments to keep teams aligned.
• Input technical issues into bug tracking and maintain the customer support portal.
• Improve existing software by evaluating objectives and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
