Sovos is hiring a Forms Content Associate in Argentina to support payroll reporting forms and eFiling software. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues and learning our product to deliver quality service.

The Role

At Sovos, we're building software that helps thousands of companies navigate the complexities of tax and compliance around the world. As a Forms Content Associate, you'll be a critical part of our Forms Content team, providing strong knowledge technical and sales support for our payroll reporting forms and eFiling software while helping customers solve real-world challenges every day. More Specifically, You Will

• Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionally.


• Test form updates developed by other team members to build your strong knowledgeise and ensure product quality.


• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns and solutions for emerging technology challenges.


• Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple departments to keep teams aligned.


• Input technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the customer support portal.


• Improve existing software programs by evaluating objectives, reviewing proposed changes, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

What You Bring to Sovos

• Foundational computer software knowledge with the ability to learn efficiently and become an strong knowledge on our software and services.


• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on listening carefully and documenting client needs accurately.


• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own workflow with team support and concentrate on complex problem-solving.


• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology tools (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications).
