Qualifications

Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Experience providing technical and sales support via phone, email, and chat.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and sales support to customers via telephone, email, and chat, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Test form updates developed by other team members to build your knowledge and ensure product quality.
Troubleshoot customer issues using remote support software and identify patterns and solutions for emerging technology challenges.
Communicate user challenges and software updates across multiple departments to keep teams aligned.
Input technical issues into bug tracking software and maintain the customer support portal.
Improve existing software programs by evaluating objectives and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
