CXM Group in Argentina is seeking a customer-focused professional to support clients who trade on our platforms. You will manage live chat, email, and phone inquiries and keep CRM records up to date with every interaction.

Identify customer needs, provide clear information about products and services, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined timeframes. The role offers evolving shift patterns and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
• Forex trading or financial markets background is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese.
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage communication channels: live chat, emails, and calls.
• Assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries from leads and clients via multiple channels.
• Update CRM records with interactions and actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
