CXM is a fast-growing global fintech group seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage chats, emails, and calls effectively. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, updating CRM, and interacting with other departments to resolve inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer support experience and excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from LATAM.

Formación

• Proven customer support experience is required.
• Excellent command of English and Portuguese is essential.
• Experience/background in forex and financial markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company chats, emails, and calls effectively.

• Update CRM and keep records of communications.
