• Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on resolution
• Deliver effective communication to Spanish-speaking customers
• Collaborate with internal English-speaking departments to address customer complaints
• Provide support to our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone, and email
• Escalate complex queries to senior team members when necessary
• Ensure a positive experience by resolving customer issues promptly
• Utilise internal tools to manage and update account information
• Promote Responsible Gambling practices across all interactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing policies and procedures
