Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a UX Analyst focused on product workflows for Field Operations SaaS.

This fully remote LATAM role involves mapping and redesigning end-to-end property management flows, ensuring smooth handoffs between field data capture and review, and defining states, logic, and edge cases for engineering. You will prototype in Figma, conduct quick usability checks, write clear flow docs, and collaborate with a small design-ops team and Head of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B or field tools.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end workflow mapping from problem to logic to final solution.
• Systems thinking: designing for states, branches, permissions, errors, and empty cases.
• Clear flow documentation that can be built directly by engineers.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping and handoff.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate options and specs without lowering quality.
• Consideration for accessibility (contrast, tap targets, focus order).

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Interview users in workflows and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering to build correctly.
• Design offline and retry states so users understand status when signal is lost.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Provide annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineers.
• Review builds, log precise issues, and verify fixes before sign-off.
