Bigmedia is seeking a UX Analyst for Product Workflows to own end-to-end field-to-office processes in a remote LATAM environment. You will map, simplify, and document multi-step workflows, ensuring the product behaves predictably even offline, with a strong focus on edge cases and handoff clarity.

You’ll collaborate with engineering to ensure flows are implemented exactly as designed, while advocating for accessibility and AI-assisted tooling to speed iteration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B/SaaS or field tooling environments.
• Ability to map end-to-end paths from field capture to final review.
• Strong documentation and specs writing for engineering handoff.
• Proficient with mapping, prototyping, and handoff in Figma.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product workflows from field capture to report review.
• Redesign flows to reduce steps and clarifying edge cases.
• Write clear flow logic, branches, and conditions for engineering to implement.
• Define offline and retry states for unreliable connectivity.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability checks.
• Annotate state diagrams and specs for engineers to build from.
