Job summary

Third-Party Job Posts is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote role across LATAM. You’ll own end-to-end product workflows from field capture to final review, focusing on process over visuals and collaborating with engineering to ensure builds reflect your design intent.

You’ll map, simplify, and annotate flows, working with a partner to cover visuals while you own the flow logic, states, and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B or field tools.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to logic to final solution.
• Designs for states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases.
• Clear flow documentation that engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• Familiarity with AI tools to explore options without lowering quality.
• Accessibility considerations in interaction design (contrast, targets, text size).

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to review and report.
• Interview users of a workflow and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering build.
• Design offline and retry states to communicate status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with rapid usability checks.
• Prepare annotated specs for states, rules, and microcopy for developers.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and verify fixes before release.
