A Production Supervisor directs activities within the operations team, ensuring efficient production and safety in line with established policies and procedures.

Preferred candidates include mechanical or industrial engineers with 5–7 years of relevant experience and familiarity with ISO standards; welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• BS or BA degree in relevant field with 5–7 years of experience
• Experience with ISO standards preferred
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)

Aufgaben

• Direct activities within the production and quality teams.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools to optimize processes (AMEF, VSM, 6S, SMED).
• Perform statistical control of the process to ensure quality.
• Plan production across multiple work centers.
• Manage KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap and rework.
• Analyze problems to find lean manufacturing solutions.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Excel for data analysis.
• Use Microsoft Project or similar tools for scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned.
