Zusammenfassung

Flowserve is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations, ensure quality, and promote safe working practices. You will coordinate production planning across work centers, track KPIs, and drive lean improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/industrial engineering background with 5–7 years of relevant experience and strong Excel and planning tool skills. This on-site role is based in Mendoza, Argentina, within our Operations group.

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED).
• Statistical control of the process and data-driven decision making.
• Production planning across multiple work centers.
• Experience tracking and improving KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap).
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Microsoft Project or similar planning tool.
• Knowledge of lean tools such as AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED.

Role Summary:
