Job summary

Flowserve, a global manufacturer of pumps, valves, seals and aftermarket services, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the operations team in Mendoza. You will oversee production activities, ensure quality and safety, and enforce established policies and procedures.

The role requires strong knowledge of CNC programming, lean manufacturing tools, process control, and production planning across multiple work centers.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ISO 9000/14000.
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Lean manufacturing tools: AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc.
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning across multiple work centers.
• Manage KPIs: utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework.
• Analyze lean manufacturing issues to drive improvements.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned.

Role Summary:

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Mechanical or industrial engineer.

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience
