The Executive Director, Site Reliability Engineering at JPMorganChase is a senior SRE leader responsible for reliability across a major product domain within the global network estate. This role defines SLOs, maintains reliability backlogs, leads post-incident reviews, and directs SREs embedded in the domain alongside domain engineers.

Formación
- 10+ years in infrastructure, reliability, or production engineering with leadership roles.
- Proven ownership of SLI/SLO practices and incident management at scale.
- Code-first engineering mindset and strong observability fundamentals.
Responsabilidades
- Own reliability outcomes for a product domain and understand architecture and risk.
- Define and drive SLIs/SLOs across services with domain engineering teams.
- Lead reliability backlog, post-incident reviews, and governance across domains.
- Manage SREs in the domain and ensure career standards and tooling parity.
- Collaborate with other domain leaders to set culture, standards, and capability adoption.
