You will define SLOs, prioritise and manage the reliability backlog, and lead post-incident reviews while guiding SREs and engineers across domains. You will also serve as Argentina IP Foundational Services Site Lead, shaping site strategy, talent development, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Formación

• 10+ years in infrastructure, production, or reliability engineering with leadership
• Ownership of SLI/SLO/error-budget practice and incident leadership
• Code-first engineering mindset in SRE
• Deep observability and telemetry expertise

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability outcomes for a product domain within the network estate
• Define and drive SLOs and error-budget usage
• Lead domain reliability backlog and post-incident reviews
• Coordinate with domain engineers and other domains for alignment
• Represent Argentina hub in global Infrastructure Platform forums
