JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a network reliability engineer to own day-to-day operational ownership of network services and lead incident response efforts.

You will drive structured investigations, produce RCAs, and ensure corrective actions are delivered, while building production-grade automation with Python, Shell, and Ansible. The role covers SD-WAN, SDA, routing/switching, and security infrastructure.

Formación

• Experience leading incident response and ownership of RCAs through closure.
• Strong hands-on networking across enterprise routing/switching and security.
• Proficient automation in production with Python, Shell and Ansible.
• SRE mindset with understanding of reliability concepts and risk analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operational ownership for network services with complex troubleshooting and restoration.
• Drive incident and problem management; run investigations and deliver RCAs with corrective actions.
• Support major incident management, including communications and technical lead support.
• Design and implement production-grade automation using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Engineer across SD-WAN, SDA, routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
• Improve reliability via standardization, guardrails, and repeatable runbooks.
• Build observability insights with dashboards and high-signal alerting.
• Apply SRE practices, understood NFRs and risk methods such as FMEA.
