J.P. Morgan seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to own network services operations, lead incident responses, and drive automation initiatives. You will work across SD-WAN, routing, switching, and security components, delivering high-quality RCAs and preventive actions.

The role emphasizes reliability thinking, NFRs, and continuous validation, collaborating with development and platform teams to build observable, healthy services.

Formación

• Demonstrated incident response and problem management ownership through RCAs.
• Hands-on networking across enterprise routing/switching and security components.
• Strong automation capability using Python, Shell and Ansible in production ops.
• SRE mindset with reliability concepts, NFRs and risk analysis approaches.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and deliver with minimal oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operational ownership for network services and complex troubleshooting.
• Drive incident management and structured RCA investigations with corrective actions.
• Support major incident communications and technical leadership during outages.
• Design and implement production-grade automation using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Engineer across SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
• Improve reliability through standardization, guardrails, and runbooks.
