JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to strengthen production reliability, scalability, and availability across mission‑critical systems.

You will collaborate with software and DevOps teams to design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and modern monitoring. Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred and you will leverage tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace to drive reliability.

Formación

• Over 5 years of experience supporting products/infrastructure.
• Proficient in site reliability culture and implementation within applications.
• Proficient in Python or Java/Spring Boot.

Responsabilidades

• Guides and assists others in building designs and consensus.
• Designs and implements CI/CD pipelines with automation.
• Develops and implements availability, reliability, and scalability improvements.
• Implements infrastructure as code and network as code for applications.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
• Monitors service levels and uses SLOs to preempt outages.
• Supports SRE best practices and postmortems for major incidents.
• Leads major incident response and root cause analysis.
