Salesforce, Inc. is looking for Deployment Strategists - Strategic Builders to advise and lead AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will own engagements end-to-end, shape AI strategy, coordinate with engineers, and drive measurable adoption across value lifecycles.

You will work with leading AI tools, manage design workshops, and interact with senior stakeholders to translate business value into actionable outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; proficiency in Python/JS/Java/Apex.
• Ability to travel 25% to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and reporting.
• Drive adoption, metrics, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and execution.
• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions with tools like Cursor and Claude.
