ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers, GTM professionals and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents across enterprise customers. You will synthesize workflows into a cohesive problem, define impactful use cases, and drive delivery and adoption to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will own flagship deals end-to-end, collaborate with customers and engineering teams, and present proposals to executives while expanding our AI solutions

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct for deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and demo.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.
• Multilingual: Mandarin/English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end — from use case to terms and close.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and drive delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI solutions.
• Scope applications in new industries and expand across sectors globally.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed insights back into the platform.
