Accenture in Argentina is seeking a Process Architect for Sales Excellence to shape how Relationship Management capabilities are delivered through processes, technology, data, and user experiences. You will bridge business needs with technical teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

You will design end-to-end practitioner workflows, develop dashboards, and enable adoption of Salesforce and AI-enabled tools.

Formación

• Experience in Salesforce, CRM tools, and related relationship-management software.
• GenAI prompts writing experience and iterative experimentation.
• Strong English communication, written and oral.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into scalable relationship-management solutions.
• Drive adoption and optimization of tools including Salesforce.
• Design end-to-end practitioner workflows.
• Create dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Develop training materials and run workshops.
• Lead launches and integrations of new capabilities.
