ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with forward-deployed engineers and GTM teams to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise clients. You will synthesize customer workflows, identify critical problems, and shape the product roadmap through field insights.

The role emphasizes on-site delivery, strategic deals, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams across AI solutions. Remote-first in Argentina with travel to client sites as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers or in a tech-enabled consulting capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable pursuing deal conversations and structuring value propositions.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Able to work across different customer environments and industries.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in workflows.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use-case identification to structuring terms and closing.
• Embed with strategic customers; spend time onsite and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases by analyzing customer problems and workflows with engineering teams.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and related AI solutions.
• Scope new industries and expand applications globally across sectors.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production.
