GlobalLogic in Argentina is seeking a Salesforce Engineer, AI – Apps Integration with AgentForce experience to design and deliver production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines. You will build APIs, integrate AI capabilities into enterprise apps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.

You will apply prompt engineering, work with LangChain/LlamaIndex, and participate in CI/CD processes to ensure quality and reliability while driving tangible business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 3+ years of related work experience, or advanced degree with 1 year
• Hands-on experience with prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows
• Designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience developing APIs and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Experience in agile development cycles for rapid, effective delivery
• Strong problem-solving and creative AI agent development
• Clear communication for collaboration with FDEs and cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Build and deliver RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-model orchestration components
• Develop APIs, services, and integration components connecting AI to enterprise data
• Apply prompt engineering and evaluation techniques to optimize AI performance
• Partner with FDEs and senior engineers to turn opportunities into production-ready solutions
• Monitor, test, and improve AI systems for scalability, reliability, and impact
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows
• Build and maintain design notes, test scripts, and documentation
