Salesforce is seeking a Builder Lead to directly manage a blended delivery team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists. You will set engineering standards, unblock complex deployments, and scale talent across enterprise AI projects.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering on pilots and roadmaps, while maintaining strong executive relationships to drive adoption and value.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership steering cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
• Experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform is highly desirable.
• Strong executive‑level communication and influence with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Scale elite talent: recruit, mentor, and develop the next wave of Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Maintain operational velocity: monitor delivery metrics, coach teams, and resolve complex escalations to deploy in weeks.
• Ultimate technical authority: serve as the final escalation point for the portfolio covering AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and orchestration.
• Guide enterprise implementations: unblock data readiness, tool integration, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Drive portfolio impact: foster executive relationships and accelerate adoption and business value.
