Job summary

Wonderful, the AI operating system for enterprises, is seeking a Deployment Strategist to help AI deployments land in production. You will embed with customers, translate needs into deployment plans, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead discovery, define success metrics, monitor deployments, and drive improvements based on real usage, spending time onsite with customers to understand constraints and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
• You will spend time onsite with customers, working through real constraints, answering difficult questions, and ensuring solutions deliver real value.
