Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments. You’ll lead a delivery team, shape AI strategy, and drive measurable adoption for enterprise customers.

This role focuses on end-to-end ownership from discovery to deployment across multiple accounts. You will collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, design workshops, and govern responsible AI practices while delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end from discovery to outcomes.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and programme management skills to run multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle—from Identify to Deploy to Consume.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead workshops and design sessions.
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholders, risks, and reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics within your scope.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer-ready AI solutions with leading-edge tools to accelerate value.
