EMERSE is hiring an Engagement Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of client delivery. The role is fully remote, aligned to US Eastern Time hours, and reports to the Director of Coaching Excellence.

You will manage client journeys, CRM data, contracts and decks, and support coaches to deliver high-value engagements. You will coordinate onboarding through renewal, run NPS surveys, track program results, and produce actionable reporting.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, project management or professional services support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency with CRM systems, project trackers and content platforms.
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Membrain CRM current with each client’s journey, renewals, spend and NPS scores.
• Coordinate onboarding through renewal as the trusted point of contact; monitor client health.
• Run NPS surveys and track client satisfaction.
• Produce reporting that drives decisions and improve processes.
• Prepare engagements with coaches: decks, contracts and playbooks.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and communications with clients.
• Support coaches by maintaining playbooks, templates and content updates.
• Improve systems and tools to raise the standard of delivery.
