EMERSE is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of client delivery. You will support coaches and clients across engagements, maintain CRM accuracy, prepare contracts and decks, track renewals and spending, and ensure a seamless client journey.

This remote role requires US Eastern Time hours and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. You will build deep knowledge of EMERSE products and services, answer client questions, run surveys, and help improve processes to

• Experience coordinating multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Keep Membrain CRM current with each client's journey, renewals, spend and NPS.
• Coordinate onboarding through renewal as the trusted point of contact and monitor client health.
• Run NPS surveys and track client satisfaction.
• Track program results and produce reporting that drives decisions.
• Prepare and edit sales decks, proposals and contracts for coaches.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and communication with clients.
• Own engagement administration and content updates.
• Work with coaches to keep dashboards and reporting up to date.
