Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact as virtual HR Business Partner for employees and supervisors.
Provide policy/benefit guidance at site/country level and liaise with vendors as needed.
Apply HR policies and programs across varied situations with increasing complexity.
Navigate complex cases by researching precedents, policies and plan docs.
Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions for compliance.
Develop solutions and document policy intents for future use.
Develop deep understanding of site context including regulations and culture.
