• Advanced English required.
• University degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on assistance for operating units to manage complex global labor relations issues, including negotiations, and employee relations in Argentina.
• Advocate in labor arbitrations and with government agencies; provide counsel and lead advocacy on LR matters.
• Support execution of global LR philosophy and align with business stakeholders on strategy and policy.
• Develop and deliver labor relations training and mentorship to enhance organizational competence.
• Collaborate on LR-related projects with compensation, disability management, and other HR teams; share best practices.
• May travel up to 40% domestically.
