You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver high-value technical presentations, and ensure top-tier service delivery while aligning with Baker Hughes standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (e.g., Vaca Muerta).
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication to translate technical value into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
