Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts remotely. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, execution, audit, and ongoing optimization across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and related tech stack.

You will collaborate with clients on attribution, holdouts, and incremental growth while meeting US Eastern hours' calls. A hands-on, output-driven mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English for client presentations.
• Own end-to-end Google Accounts and client relationships.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and Brand campaigns.
• Ability to audit accounts and present findings via Loom.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a real review.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Understand PMax dynamics and avoid misattributing incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation in check and own the feed and tracking.
• Lead client calls, updates, and defend your decisions.
