Job summary

Jan De Nul Group seeks a Documentation Controller to support dredging projects from the Montevideo office. You will handle project correspondence, maintain document registers, and ensure timely, accurate filing under ISO 9001 guidelines.

Based in Montevideo, you will collaborate with project teams, clients and subcontractors, with occasional regional support as needs arise, contributing to safe, quality-driven project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in document control or project administration, ideally in construction, engineering or marine environments.
• Familiarity with document management systems and quality procedures; ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling contractual and other correspondence within the project and with client representatives.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining the databases.
• Facilitating the document control process and helping prepare and review project documents.
