Jan De Nul Argentina is seeking an experienced engineer to guide dredging projects through execution, ensuring channels remain navigable for exports. You will work on board and on site (min.

3 days/week), coordinating dredging, surveying, and dumping operations while leading safety and environmental initiatives. You will report progress, optimize plans with the team, and mentor both local and expat crew to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in industrial sciences or a master’s in engineering sciences, or related master’s degree.

Aufgaben

• Plan, supervise and coordinate the daily dredging, survey and dumping operations.
• Follow up production and survey data; adjust strategy as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and bunkering with the crew and technical department.
• Lead health, safety and environment efforts; perform toolbox talks and inspections; manage risk assessments.
• Report production daily and weekly; prepare progress updates for meetings.
• Mentor crew and manage crew changes, visas and logistics.
