• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with regional or cross-functional leadership.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience coordinating with multiple time zones and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the country-level marketing strategy and plan.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual planning with local leaders and global teams.
• Partner with product, business, and regional teams to deploy new offerings in-market.
• Lead CX initiatives and ensure market differentiation while aligning with regulatory needs.
