Assurant seeks a Director of Marketing Strategy to lead the country-level marketing strategy for a defined set of markets, coordinating with regional and global teams to drive growth and customer value.

The role partners with commercial, product, and marketing to shape plans, ensure local relevance, and deliver measurable impact across B2B and B2B2C initiatives. Leadership of a small regional team is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional or cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns with measurable impact.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience managing marketing projects across teams and time zones with external partners.
• Strong collaboration skills and a solutions-oriented mindset in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• English fluency required—both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead country-level marketing strategy and plan.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles with local and global teams.
• Partner with executives, sales, and business development to surface needs.
• Coordinate with global marketing to ensure local context and measurable value.
• Lead regional CX initiatives and ensure alignment with global frameworks.
• Oversee in-region marketing execution, content adaptation, and GTM support.
