The role emphasizes B2B and B2B2C growth, sales enablement, and market differentiation while managing a small regional team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional or cross-functional leadership
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with measurable impact
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools for performance interpretation
• Experience coordinating marketing projects across teams and time zones, including vendors or agencies
• Strong collaboration, adaptability, and project management in a matrixed environment
• English fluency required, both written and verbal
