Assurant is seeking an Associate Business Unit Systems Analyst in Buenos Aires to support applications, perform system fixes, and manage small projects. The role includes requirements gathering, testing plans, and training peers on routine changes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while upholding Assurant’s standards. Qualifications include a BA degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in similar roles, strong Excel and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mathematics, MIS or related field or 2 years of BA experience.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production assistance for the applications we support.
• Research, report, and implement simple system fixes.
• Enter routine user-maintained table changes.
• Train peers or new hires on routine changes and participate in more complex changes.
• Provide routine system support following established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting with limited direction.
• Determine testing requirements for small scale projects.
• Design/draft test plans and conduct unit/acceptance testing for small scale projects.
• Provide timely resolution for testing issues.
• Identify flaws, errors, and issues with application functionality and communicate defects.
• Produce deliverables on time and within estimates.
• Timely retesting and documentation of corrections.
