You will validate cabling and network connections, coordinate changes under SOPs/MOPs, and mentor peers to improve resiliency and availability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to SLAs, and ongoing process improvement in a dynamic data center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient lifecycle performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on best practices for power distribution units and hardware replacement.
• Validates network cabling and connectivity; signs off client configurations within environments.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing systems, mentoring staff and implementing fixes within SLAs.
