Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is looking for a Technical Project Manager for Data Center initiatives with remote work options. You will own client relationships, drive project and ticket lifecycles, and manage hardware deployments, cabling, and power/cooling.

You will oversee on-site and remote-hands work, coordinate with vendors, ensure safety and change control, and mentor a small engineering team while maintaining SOPs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and cabling.
• Experience using ITSM tools Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk.
• Experience budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through the project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Maintain a live project dashboard and track delivery status with clear documentation.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including server rack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Review work orders for technical accuracy before client-facing delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMAs.
• Ensure change management and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage project budgets, flag overruns, and assist with quotes/SOWs.
• Lead and develop a small technical team; set priorities and run planning.
