Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center projects with a remote work option. You will own client relationships from onboarding to delivery, manage multi-workstream tickets, and ensure hardware, cabling, power, and cooling work is executed to spec.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and guide junior technicians while maintaining clear, proactive client communication and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or similar technical field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and cabling.
• Experience with ITSM tooling (Jira/ServiceNow) and ticketing.
• Budget ownership or vendor-purchase experience
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical liaison with assigned client accounts.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical reviews.
• Translate requirements into work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLA, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Own ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow, docs at every stage.
• Oversee datacenter ops including hardware, cabling, power, cooling.
