Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center work with a remote-first approach. Lead client onboarding, translate requirements into actionable tickets, and manage cross-functional delivery of hardware, cabling, power, and cooling activities.

You will own the full ticket lifecycle and maintain a live project dashboard for clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power and cooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for client accounts through project lifecycle.
• Lead client onboarding, scoping calls and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
