Responsibilities include monitoring ticketing work, adhering to SOPs/MOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and main hardware to ensure efficient performance across the lifecycle.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and network connectivity to ensure devices are connected and error-free.
