Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technician to identify opportunities, monitor ticketing workflows, and mentor technicians on hardware and network tasks.

You'll train on SOP/MOP procedures, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with vendors to maintain high availability and reliability of data center operations. The role requires practical hands-on skills with server hardware, cabling, PDU best practices, and fault resolution within SLAs.

• Identifies opportunities for others to work with servers and main hardware.
• Guides and coaches technicians on PDUs and replacement hardware without disrupting critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and ensures network connectivity and device error-free operation.
• Monitors and assigns work in a ticketing environment within SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with servers and main hardware to ensure efficient performance over the lifecycle.
• Guides technicians on best practices for PDUs and hardware replacement without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Guides and instructs on network configurations and client configurations within environments.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing systems, escalating trends and documenting resolutions per SLA.
• Ensures SOPs/MOPs compliance and security during on-site tasks and site rules adherence.
• Trains on repair techniques aligned with corporate objectives and data center change control processes.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and vendors to validate installation, operation, and performance.
